Thomas Ussary Memorial Scholarship
This memorial scholarship was established as a tribute to a young man very dedicated to his future in industrial mechanics. The family of Thomas and the Industrial Mechanics Instructor at Eagle Point High School established the criteria based on students who want to continue their education in Industrial Mechanics.
Award Each year the Eagle Point High School Industrial Mechanics Instructor and members of the Thomas Ussary family will evaluate the applicants and select the recipient(s) for a $500 scholarship. The number of scholarships awarded is dependent upon the amount of available funds each year.
To Study Industrial Mechanics
To Attend Any Accredited Vocational School, Community College, Four Year College or University
Open To Dedicated students who have successfully completed the Industrial Mechanics program of study at Eagle Point High School
Selection Based Upon Students’ Eagle Point High School Industrial Mechanics program performance, ability to succeed in post high school Industrial Mechanics program studies, and the completed EPHS Scholarship application. Review of application by Eagle Point High School Industrial Mechanics Instructor and members of the Thomas Ussary family.
