Dean Collins Memorial Scholarship
Funded through the D-9 Foundation’s Benefit Auction in 2002 and since by contributions of family members. Established as a memorial to one of our areas most respected and admired individuals. Dean gave unselfishly to better the community in which his family and business resided. Recipients chosen by scholarship committee through the Eagle Center at EPHS.
Award $1,000 each. Number dependent upon available funds.
To Study Any field of study
To Attend Any accredited two year, four year or vocational/ technical institution. Must have federal Title IV designation.
Open To Any student who meets the following criteria;
1. Be a graduate of District 9 Schools …or
2. Have successfully completed the District 9 Options Program resulting in a GED …or
3. Have successfully completed the District 9 Teen Parent Program resulting in a GED …or
4. Live within the geographic boundaries of School District 9 AND successfully completed an accredited high school home school program
Selection Based Upon Review of completed application packet, review of eligibility criteria, and recommendation of high school scholarship committee. Request EPHS Scholarship packet from Eagle Center Advisors or Eagle Center online.
